Dean is an Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney.  She graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 1974, and  McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento, California in 1980.  She is a member of the California State Bar, and the Older Adult Collaborative of Placer County.  She lives and works in Roseville, California, and her primary goal as a professional is to provide caring and affordable service to people of all ages.
